Refund Policy
To cancel or return your orders or products purchased from elieyusha.com, you must notify this request via email to info@elieyusha.com. All the conditions mentioned here apply only to products purchased directly from elieyusha.com. The responsibility for the package during its return to the Elie Yusha headquarters lies with the consumer. Once the product reaches us and is examined, if the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to you.
In product return processes, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 apply. After the product is delivered to the customer, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify info@elieyusha.com via email or phone within this period, and the product must be unused. If the right of withdrawal is used, it is mandatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the delivery note from the shipping company showing the product was sent to info@elieyusha.com. Once these documents are received, the product will be examined by experts. Returns must be sent via Loomis Cargo, and the shipping fee is the sender’s responsibility. If the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded within 7 days using the same method as the original payment. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation:
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that were manufactured based on the customer’s special requests or made personalized through modifications or additions.
Hygiene Policy:
Due to hygiene regulations, piercings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return Requirements:
To return your order, it must be sent as originally delivered — including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials — complete and undamaged to the address provided at the bottom of the page. If any damage or loss of value occurs during shipping due to the courier company or the customer, the responsibility lies with the customer. After the return is received, experts will examine whether the return conditions have been met. If approved, the refund will be made within 7 days to the credit card (if paid by card) or to the bank account (if paid by bank transfer/EFT). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your credit card account depends on your bank's processing time and may take between 1–4 weeks.
