Return and Cancellation Conditions
To cancel or return your orders or products from elieyusha.com, you must notify us of your request via email at info@elieyusha.com.
All conditions stated here apply only to products purchased from elieyusha.com.
The responsibility for the package during its return to Elieyusha's headquarters belongs to the customer. Once the product reaches us, and after the necessary inspections, if the return is approved, the product's fee will be refunded to you.
For product return processes, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 apply.
The right of withdrawal can be used within 14 days after the product is delivered to the customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify www.elieyusha.com via email or phone within this period, and the product must be unused.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to return a copy of the cargo delivery slip showing that the product delivered to the customer or a third party has been sent back to www.elieyusha.com, along with the original invoice.
Once these documents are received, product inspection is carried out by specialists.
Return shipments are handled via Yurtiçi Kargo (a domestic shipping company), and the shipping fee is the sender's responsibility.
For products deemed suitable for return after inspection, the refund is processed within 7 days using the same payment method as the original order.
If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal liabilities cannot be refunded.
Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made according to special requests or modified/customized for the customer.
Due to hygiene rules, piercings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products you wish to return must be sent in the same condition they were delivered to you, including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials, undamaged and complete, to the address provided at the bottom of this page.
If there is any damage or loss of value to the product or accompanying materials caused by the shipping company or the customer during the return process, the responsibility lies with the customer.

After the return is received, it is reviewed by specialists to determine whether the return conditions are met.
If approved, the product fee will be refunded within 7 days — to the credit card if paid by card, or to the bank account if paid via bank transfer/EFT.
The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your credit card account depends on your bank and can take 1 to 4 weeks.
